Monthly RV spaces near Andrews, Texas

We are 57 miles southeast of Andrews — a little over an hour, and there is no route that makes it quicker. This page is for the Andrews hand whose work has moved east, not for anyone hoping to commute it daily.

Two routes, and neither one is fast

Andrews is the one town near us that is not on I-20, and that is the whole story of the drive. The usual way is south to Odessa and back east on the interstate: 57 miles, a little over an hour. The other way cuts across on Highway 176 and Highway 349 and comes into Midland from the north — 51 miles, six shorter, and a few minutes slower for the trouble.

Both were measured to the park's own map pin through two separate sets of mapping data, and both got rounded up rather than down. A drive time printed on a website is a promise somebody keeps in the dark at the start of a hitch.

What that means, plainly

Over an hour each way is not a commute. It is more than two hours of your day, every day, and by the second week you will hate it. If your work is in Andrews County, stay in Andrews — we are not going to write a paragraph pretending otherwise.

Who the page is actually for

Two people, and they are both real. The first is an Andrews hand whose rotation moved to the Midland or Martin County side and who is now making that hour drive in the wrong direction, every day, to sleep in the wrong town. The second is a company with an Andrews-based crew placed on an east-side job for a season and nowhere to put them.

For the second one: we invoice companies directly, the minimum is 30 days, and yearly terms are available. Crew housing has the terms, and the guide on company-paid spaces covers what to ask your employer if you are the one asking.

Andrews County and this side of the basin

Andrews County is one of the ten biggest crude-producing counties in Texas by the Railroad Commission's count — there is no shortage of work up there, which is exactly why commuting away from it makes little sense. What sits on our side is different country: Martin County first in the state and Midland County second, with Highway 158 running southeast out of town past the park toward Glasscock County. Same basin, other end.

If you are coming anyway

24 spaces, fenced and gated, every one back-in on gravel and caliche, pads taking rigs to 60 feet. $400 a month at 30 amp or $450 at 50 amp, water, electric, and sewer included. Monthly stays only.

Worth reading before a tow this long: what you need to move in and how to find us.

Questions from the Andrews side

How far is the park from Andrews?

57 miles the way most people drive it, down through Odessa and back east on I-20 — a little over an hour. Cutting across on Highway 176 and Highway 349 is 51 miles and takes slightly longer.

Can I live here and work in Andrews?

Not comfortably. Over an hour each way is not a daily commute, and we would rather say so than take a month of your rent and find out together.

So who is this park for, from here?

Someone whose work has moved to the Midland or Martin County side, or a crew a company is placing on an east-side job. If Andrews is where the work is, stay in Andrews.

Can a company book spaces for a crew?

Yes. We invoice companies directly, with a 30-day minimum and yearly terms available.

What does a month cost, and what is included?

$400 at 30 amp or $450 at 50 amp, with water, electric, and sewer in the rate. Monthly stays only, no deposit, first month prorated.

Can I hold a space online?

No. There is no booking engine and no payment portal here — it is a phone call or the form, answered by a person.

Placing an Andrews crew on this side

How many rigs, when, and for how long. We will come back with what is open and what it would be invoiced at. Moving yourself instead? Switch the choice above.
