About A1 RV Park
A1 RV Park is a long-term RV park southeast of Midland, with 24 spaces rented by the month and water, electric, and sewer included in the rate. It is built for the people working the Permian Basin and for the companies housing them.
Who runs it
The park is owned and run by the same people who run DFW Well Service. It is a small operation: there is no office on site and no front desk, so the way you reach us is the phone or the inquiry form.
Built for the oil patch
This is a budget park for working people, and we would rather say so than dress it up. It is not a resort and it is not trying to be. What it is: a fenced and gated place to park your rig, plug in, and sleep, at $400 or $450 a month with the utilities already in that number.
Two kinds of people live here. Hands working a long hitch who brought their own rig and want somewhere steady for six months, and companies placing a crew who need several spaces and one invoice. Both work the same way — you call, we tell you what is open, and you move in.
Monthly, and only monthly
No nightly stays, no weekend stays. That is a deliberate choice: a park full of long-term residents is a quieter place to come home to after a tower than one with traffic through it every weekend.
