Is there an office?
No. There is no office on site at A1 RV Park, so there are no posted hours and nobody to walk up to. Call or send an inquiry and we will get back to you.
How to reach us →Can I stay a few nights, or a week?
No. This is a long-term park and spaces rent by the month — no nightly, weekly, or weekend stays.
Monthly rates →Do I have to put down a deposit?
No deposit. Your first month is prorated from the day you move in, so you pay for the days you are here.
The park rules →Can my company be invoiced for a crew?
Yes. We bill the company directly for the spaces a crew is in. Employee housing starts at 30 days, runs month to month after that, and a yearly term is available.
Crew housing terms →What is included in the monthly rate?
Water, electric, and sewer, and wifi. It is $400 a month at 30 amp and $450 at 50 amp, with no separate utility bill behind it.

4202 East County Road 130, Midland, TX 79706 — off East County Road 130, southeast of town and about 15 minutes from downtown Midland.
How to find us →How do I find out whether a space is open?
Call. There are 24 spaces in the whole park, so what is open changes, and a phone call is the only way to get a straight answer on today.
