What the monthly rate covers
- Water, electric, and sewer — included with every space, at both amp tiers. There is no separate utility bill to budget for.
- Wifi — included, same as the utilities.
- No deposit — there is none to put down. Your first month is prorated from the day you move in, so you pay for the days you are here.

No. A1 RV Park is long-term only, and spaces rent by the month.
What is the difference between a 30 amp and a 50 amp space?
It is the power service your rig draws. The 30 amp space at $400 needs an adapter; the 50 amp space at $450 plugs straight in for most rigs.
Do I need an adapter for a 30 amp space?
Yes. Bring a 30-to-50 amp adapter. If you are not sure what your rig draws, call us and we will work it out before you tow in.
Do you take a deposit?
No deposit. Your first month is prorated from the day you move in.
