RV sites and hookups
Every space at A1 RV Park is back-in — there are no pull-throughs. There are 24 of them, on gravel and caliche pads that take a rig up to 60 feet long and 20 feet wide, with water, electric, and sewer at the site.
Back-in only
It is worth saying first, because it is the first thing anyone towing a fifth wheel asks. All 24 spaces are back-in. Give yourself some daylight for the arrival and bring a spotter if you have one — it beats sorting it out at the end of a long tow.
The pads
Gravel and caliche. A pad takes a rig up to 60 feet long and 20 feet wide, and that 20 feet is total width — with your slide-outs out or in. If your rig is over either number, call first and we will tell you straight whether it fits.
Power: 30 amp and 50 amp
The two tiers are about the service your rig draws, not the size of the space. A 30 amp space is $400 a month. Bring a 30-to-50 amp adapter. A 50 amp space is $450 a month. Plugs straight in for most rigs.

Water, electric, and sewer
All three are at the space and all three are in the monthly rate, so there is no metered utility bill behind the rent. Wifi is included the same way — the amenities page has what else is on the grounds, and the park rules cover pets, guests, and parking.
Questions about the spaces
Are the spaces pull-through or back-in?
Every space is back-in. There are no pull-throughs at A1 RV Park, so plan on backing your rig in.
How long a rig can you take?
Up to 60 feet. If yours is longer than that, call before you tow in rather than after.
Is the 20-foot width measured with the slide-outs out?
20 feet is the total width either way — with your slide-outs out or in.
What are the pads made of?
Gravel and caliche. They are working pads, not concrete slabs.
What hookups are at each space?
Water, electric, and sewer, at every space, at both amp tiers. All three are in the monthly rate, so there is no separate utility bill.
How many spaces are in the park?
24. That is the whole park, which is why availability is worth a phone call before you make the drive.
