We bill your company directly for the spaces your crew is in, rather than leaving every hand to sort out rent separately.
A 30-day minimum
Employee housing starts at 30 days. Below that we are not the right fit — this is a long-term park.
Month to month, or yearly
After the minimum it runs month to month. If you would rather lock the spaces in for a year, we can do that instead.
24 spaces in the park
There are 24 spaces here in total, so what we can hold for one crew depends on what is open. Give us the headcount and the dates early.

Can our company be invoiced directly?
Yes. We bill the company for the spaces your crew is using, so your hands are not each handling their own rent.

The park has 24 spaces in total, so it depends on what is open when you call. Tell us the crew size and the dates and we will tell you straight what we have.
