Monthly RV spaces near Odessa, Texas

We are 27 miles east of Odessa — about 35 minutes — on the far side of Midland. Whether that is a good trade depends entirely on where your work is, so this page says so before it says anything else.

27 miles, and which direction they run

20 of the 27 are I-20, which is the easy part. The other 7 are town miles at both ends: getting out of Odessa on one side, and Highway 158 southeast out of Midland on the other. Call it about 35 minutes with nothing in your way.

The number was measured, not estimated — road miles to the park's map pin, checked twice against separate mapping data, and rounded up rather than down. A drive time on a website is a promise somebody keeps at six in the morning, so we would rather be five minutes generous than five minutes wrong.

When this is the wrong park for you

If your yard is in Odessa, or your hitch time is in Ector County, or your work runs west toward the state line — do not move out here. You would be driving across the entire Midland–Odessa metro twice a day to sleep about 35 minutes from where you started. There are parks on your side of it. Take one.

We would rather tell you that now than have you sign for a month and figure it out on the third morning. A budget park keeps people by being worth the money, not by being the only listing somebody found.

When it is the right one

The case for coming east is simple, and the production numbers make it. Ector County does not appear in the Railroad Commission's ten biggest crude-producing counties at all. Martin County and Midland County are first and second. Odessa is the basin's supply and service town more than it is its drilling county — and a lot of people living there are driving east every morning to the work.

If that is you, you are already making this drive. The difference is which end of it you sleep at. We sit southeast of Midland, pointed out Highway 158, which is the direction that work keeps moving.

What the space itself is

24 spaces, fenced and gated, back-in, on gravel and caliche. $400 a month at 30 amp or $450 at 50 amp, with water, electric, and sewer included in both. Monthly only — there is no nightly rate to ask about.

The sites and hookups page has the dimensions and the power tiers, and the comparison guide is the honest version of how a monthly space stacks up against a man camp or a hotel room.

Questions from the Odessa side

How far is the park from Odessa?

27 miles east — about 35 minutes, with 20 of those miles on I-20 and the rest at either end.

Is this closer to Odessa or to Midland?

Midland, and not by a little. We are southeast of Midland, which puts the whole of Midland between us and Odessa.

Do you take nightly or weekly stays?

No — monthly only, 30 days minimum. That is the whole model, not a seasonal policy.

Is electric included?

Yes. Water, electric, and sewer are all in the monthly rate, metered to nobody. August costs what February costs.

What does a month cost?

$400 at 30 amp, $450 at 50 amp, utilities included. No deposit, first month prorated.

Can I book online?

No. Call or send the form and a person answers you. There is no booking engine and no payment portal on this site.

Tell us where your work actually is

If it is east of Midland, we are probably worth the drive. If it is west, say so and we will tell you straight. Either way a person reads this.
