Park rules

There are not many, and they are the ones that keep a working park livable: indoor pets only, quiet hours 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., two vehicles per camper, and 24 hours’ notice when you pull out.

Pets

Indoor pets only. Cats allowed. Small dogs only; no pit bulls or Rottweilers.

There is no weight limit written down for a small dog — call and tell us what you have, and we will tell you before you tow in rather than after.

Quiet hours

9 p.m. to 6 a.m.. Plenty of people here work towers or nights, so at most hours somebody nearby is asleep. That is the whole reason the rule exists.

Guests

Overnight guests are allowed. They park in your space and the park rules apply to them while they are here.

Vehicles and parking

Two vehicles per camper. Park only in your own space. No extra parking and no semi-truck parking.

Moving in

There is no deposit to put down. Your first month is prorated from the day you move in, so you pay for the days you are actually here. The rates page has the monthly numbers and what they cover.

Moving out

Give us 24 hours’ notice. That is it — no long notice period, because people out here move when the work moves.

Short list, and it stays short. Pay the rent and keep to the rules and nobody will bother you.
