What “full hookups” actually includes

Full hookups means three utilities at the space itself: water, electric, and sewer. At A1 RV Park all three come with every site, at both amp tiers, and all three sit inside the monthly rate instead of arriving as a separate bill.

There is no meter on the power post. Electric is inside the flat monthly rate, so a hot August does not raise the rent.

What you get here

Water, electric, and sewer, at the pad, at every space. You connect to all three when you park. None of them is seasonal, none is an add-on, and none is tiered by how much you use. Wifi is included as well — that is not part of what "full hookups" traditionally means, but it is worth knowing before you price out a mobile hotspot for a six-month stay.

It is just as useful to know what the phrase does not cover. "Full hookups" is about utilities at your space, not about what else is on the grounds. It does not imply cable television, and it does not imply a bathhouse — there are no public showers or restrooms here, so your rig needs working facilities of its own. The amenities page is the honest list of what is and is not on the property.

Electric: 30 amp and 50 amp

This is the one part of "full hookups" that is not identical at every space, and it is about the service your rig draws rather than the size of the pad. A 30 amp space is $400 a month. Bring a 30-to-50 amp adapter. A 50 amp space is $450 a month. Plugs straight in for most rigs.

The practical difference shows up when several things run at once. A single air conditioner, a fridge, and lights are comfortable on 30 amp. Two air conditioners, or an electric water heater running alongside one, is what 50 amp service is for. If your rig came with a 50 amp cord, take the 50 amp space — adapting down costs you capacity you may want in July.

What “included” means on your bill

One number, once a month. There is no metered utility bill behind the rent and no reconciliation at the end of a hot month. That is the difference worth pricing: at a metered park your summer cost is a variable you do not control, and out here the variable is large. A rig running its air conditioning hard through a Permian Basin August is the case where a flat rate earns its keep.

It also makes the number easy to hand to someone else. If a company is housing you, the space rent is the whole recurring figure — there is no second invoice arriving later for power.

Questions about hookups

Is electric metered or included?

Included. There is no meter on the space and no separate power bill — the monthly rate covers water, electric, and sewer.

What happens if I run the air conditioning all August?

Your rate does not move. A flat rate means the park absorbs a hot August rather than passing it to you in a metered bill, which is the month where that matters most out here.

Do I need a 30-to-50 amp adapter?

On a 30 amp space, yes — bring one. A 50 amp space plugs straight in for most rigs.

Is sewer at every site?

Yes. Every space is a full-hookup space, so sewer is at the pad along with water and electric. Bring your own hose and fittings.

Is water included too?

Yes, on the same flat monthly rate as the other two. There is no water meter and no separate water bill.

If you are not sure which amp tier your rig needs, call and describe it — that is a two-minute conversation and it is better had before you tow in.
